HOW TO GET MY CAR INSURANCE DOWN PLZ!!?

Auto  insurance  is unusually costly for me (18yrs old)? What am I doing wrong?
Invest the a session off from universityIf your person has insurance for a couple months and gets in a big wreck like 3 automobiles and dies?
I'm a 17 year old guy and dad bought me a 2007 Nissan Altima. He wishes the insurance to be paid by me and I realized that it could not be low...therefore I need estimates.
"As aboveI purchased a house and only received some files by email proclaiming that there is a title insurance quality of $500. Is this one time charge? But does not the word premium in insurance language mean occasional fee? I m confused.
"Therefore about 3 days before some person backed into my automobile and it was his problem... His insurance company mentioned get my auto to some bodyshop fix and the repair center only. will be paid by them I wanna acquire few estimates and take my vehicle to different retailers and have me. is paid by the insurance provider I wanna choose weather to correct the vehicle or preserve the cash (maybe sell my automobile and get a much better one)... It is my vehicle and that I have the subject for it. Why if the darn insurance company control how to proceed with auto that is own or control how the restoration approach moves!!! Please inform me if I could make the insurance carrier to write me a check
